New and established clients may request an appointment using the Client Portal.
New clients may request a free, 30-minute consultation with Dr. Schwenker to discuss their current needs and interest in services, ask questions, or to obtain resources or recommendations. Initial Consultations are available by phone or telehealth (select the "video office" option) or in-person (select "main office").
Established clients may request a new appointment or cancel an existing appointment using the Client Portal. Both telehealth and in-person appointments are available. Requests can be made up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment time and up to 3 months in advance. Cancellations require 24 hours notice. The Client Portal may also be used to upload documents or make payments.
Please contact Dr. Schwenker directly if you have difficulty with the client portal, need an appointment outside of the times available, or need to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
